Pondaseta Brewing Co.’s new Canyon location, located inside the old Santa Fe depot at 1001 Second Ave., will host a special dinner Aug. 26. Chef Ethan Williams of Ben E. Keith will curate the six-course dinner, showing off both Pondaseta’s brews and its kitchen. Selections include house focaccia with whipped ricotta and microgreens, a grilled peach wedge salad, a Detroit-style white pizza with prosciutto, country-fried quail, Akaushi skirt steak and a triple-chocolate brownie sundae with a bourbon whip.
